The Friends of Coal Auto Fair will have several different vending locations throughout the show grounds that provide ample opportunity for participants to display and sell their items. There are four categories of vendors authorized to sell items on-site: Arts & Crafts, Flea Market/Specialty, Swap Meet and Car Corral.

Arts & Crafts vendors offer hand made goods for sale - everything from bird houses to necklaces and jewelry. Flea Market/Specialty vendors offer odds and ends for sale or through a specialty store. Swap Meet vendors have old car parts or car related items for sale. Car Corral vendors put a vehicle or motorcycle up for sale.

The cost to set-up as a vendor at the Friends of Coal Auto Fair is $35 per 10' X 20' space.  All vendors are responsible for bringing their own booth supplies - canopy, tables, chairs, etc.; their own insurance policies; and collecting and reporting any applicable taxes (local, state and federal).  Vendors should plan to register and set up on Thursday, July 18 between 10:00am and 7:00pm. All vendors must be open during the Friends of Coal Auto Fair's hours of operation.
